Quick start
- Press Power on the solar remote.
- Press Home (house icon) to open Smart Hub.
- Use the arrow pad to select an app and choose the Basalt Guest profile where available.

- Please use the Basalt Guest profile for all apps.

If you’re logged out by mistake
No worries — just let us know. We’ll send you the login details straight away so you can sign back in and keep watching.

Remote & navigation
- Solar-powered remote — if unresponsive, leave it near a window to recharge or charge via the USB C kept in the bottom drawer.
- Shortcut buttons for Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video.
- Volume and channel toggles sit below the navigation pad.
- Voice command available via the mic button.
Sound & inputs
- Adjust Volume on the remote; Settings → Sound if you need more control.
- To switch inputs (e.g., HDMI), press Home → Source and select the device.
Troubleshooting

App frozen? Press Home and reopen the app.

No internet? Wait 30 seconds and try again — the TV should reconnect automatically.

Remote unresponsive? Solar-charge by a window, then try again or charge via the USB C kept in the bottom drawer of the TV cabinet.
