Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are very welcome. The yard is fully fenced but pets should be supervised. Please bring your own bedding, keep them off furniture and beds, and clean up after them using the bins at the side of the house.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping indoors. Outdoors is fine — please dispose of butts with care.
Noise & Neighbours
The house and garden are for quiet enjoyment. After 11pm, please keep things to a considerate level so neighbours, and the swans on the river, can rest. No parties or events.
Fireplace & Heating
Please follow the instructions in the manual for safe use of the wood heater, BBQ and heat pump. Use only the firewood and firelighters provided.
Septic System
The property is on a septic system. Only flush toilet paper. No wipes, nappies or sanitary items.
